Academician Jozef Bátora is the laureate of the Crystal Wing 2025 Award

On March 22, 2026, the Crystal Wing Award for 2025 was solemnly announced at the Slovak National Theatre in Bratislava to personalities from the economic, scientific, cultural, sports and social spheres for exceptional achievements or long-term contribution to society.

This year, the award in the category of medicine and science was given to: archaeologist Prof. PhDr. Jozef Bátora, DrSc., academician of the Learned Society of Slovakia. Hearty congratulations.
