Academician Ivo Petráš awarded as Scientist of the Year 2024

Tthe Slovak Academy of Sciences and the Association of Slovak Scientific and Technical Societies announced the 28th annual awarding of distinguished Slovak scientific personalities from all fields of science and technology – the Slovak Scientist of the Year. The aim of the event is to professionally and socially highlight the most important personalities of scientific life as well as the best achievements in science and research in Slovakia.

In this year’s event, prof. Ing. Ivo Petráš, DrSc., academician of the Scientific Society of Slovakia, was awarded in the category Scientist of the Year. Congratulations.
