General Assembly of the Learned Society of Slovakia, 17.10.2018

On October 17, 2018, the General Assembly of the Learned Society of Slovakia took place in the lecture hall of the Virological Institute BMC SAS in the premises of SAS Patrónka. The General Assembly was attended by guests JUDr. Mgr. Martina Lubyová, PhD., Minister of Education, Science, Research and Sports of the Slovak Republic, members of the Presidium of the SAS and directors of the institutes of the SAS. The General Assembly focused mainly on the current situation and perspective of the SAS and the possibility of a uniform methodology for evaluating the research results of universities and SAS. The General Assembly elected the coordinators of the working groups, approved the election of new members of the Learned Society of Slovakia in 2019 and the topic of the Christmas Lecture of the Learned Society of Slovakia.
